I called and asked about availability of a vehicle and Alan, GM, confirmed it was answered and a few questions. This vehicle seemed too good to be true. Nonetheless, I asked if he would give me a modest discount. He agreed. I drove 30 minutes to see/drive it. It was perfect. I told him I would return the next day with a check. Colton, salesperson, handled the delivery and everything went as planned. no surprises, no wasted time and quality service, a true 10. I love my car and Maserati of Akron. What a nice feeling.
Dealers have been very helpful far as replying, no actual assistance tho in the future hope they help those trying to establish credit... The phone calls back are great but I’m still without a vehicle, it’s like they lift up to drop you
All interactions started online at my request and as deal developed interactions over the phone were added. Carlton Carroll is our sales assistant and he has been amazing to deal with, responds quickly to answers questions, is personable, always a pleasure to talk to (I have had experiences where they are not always pleasant) and very helpful!!
